Padelbang is a mobile padel game by Daniel Rica ("we"). This page explains what data is used when you play, why, and what you can do about it. We don't ask for your name, email or phone number to play.

What data is used and why

Legal basis
- Providing the service: saving your progress, leagues and delivering purchases.
- Legitimate interest: usage and crash statistics so the game works well.
- Consent: personalised ads. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland we ask when you open the game, and on iPhone the system asks too (App Tracking Transparency). You can change your choice any time in Settings › Ad privacy, inside the game.
Who it is shared with
Only the providers in the table, who process data on our behalf or as controllers of their own services (Google and Apple). We do not sell your data. Your league data is visible only to that league’s members.
Google may process data outside your country, including the United States, under safeguards such as standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long it is kept
- Data on the phone: until you delete the game or its data.
- Leagues: while the league exists. If you ask us to delete your data, we remove your profile and results.
- Usage statistics: up to 14 months. Crash reports: 90 days.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction or portability of your data by writing to support@padelbang.app. We reply within 30 days at most. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
How to delete your data
Deleting the game removes the data on the phone. To delete your league profile and results, email support@padelbang.app with the subject "Delete my data" and your league code or nickname.
Children
Padelbang is meant for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at younger children. If you think a child under 13 has given us data, write to us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will publish it here with a new date, and if the change is significant we will tell you in the game.
